One Piece vs One Punch Man

    Game Information

One Piece vs One Punch Man is a browser-based 2D fighting game that brings together characters and settings from both anime series. It can be played on a computer, phone, or tablet, with options for solo play, local multiplayer, training, and CPU-versus-CPU matches.

    Fighters and stages

The game has 110 fighters: 62 from One Piece and 48 from One Punch Man. Its 50 stages are divided evenly between the two series. In Versus, Cooperative, Training, and Watch modes, players can select the stage.

    Fighting and controls

Fighters can move, jump, crouch, block, and use attacks and special moves. The keyboard controls include arrow keys for movement and Z, X, and C for attacks on Player 1’s side. Holding back blocks, while holding down and back blocks low. Other keys handle actions such as dodging, throwing, charging power, and using additional moves. Player 2 has a separate set of keyboard controls, and the game also supports gamepads.

The two series use different power systems:

    • One Piece fighters can use special moves without spending power. They build a meter of up to four bars and spend one to three bars on super moves.
    • One Punch Man fighters generally spend power on special moves. Players can stop and charge their meter, although seven fighters cannot charge.

The game also offers on-screen touch controls, including a movement pad, six buttons, and a charge button. Keyboard controls can be changed in the Help menu’s Keys tab; phone players can adjust the touch buttons’ size and opacity.

    Game modes

    • Arcade: Fight through a sequence of CPU opponents. The default run has 16 fights and three continues, with shorter run lengths also available.
    • Versus: Play against another person on the same keyboard or with gamepads.
    • Cooperative: Team up with another player against CPU opponents.
    • Survival: Continue through fights with health carrying over; players recover 25% between matches.
    • Survival Co-op: Play Survival alongside another player.
    • Training: Practice moves and fighting techniques.
    • Watch: Let two CPU fighters battle each other.

    Match settings and customization

Players can set CPU difficulty from 1 to 8 and choose a round timer of no limit, 30, 60, or 99 seconds. Matches are first to two rounds by default. Menus are available in 15 languages.

Overall, the game is a large crossover fighter with a broad roster, multiple ways to play, and distinct power-management rules for its two series’ groups of fighters.

    Game controls

Use A, D, Left arrow, or Right arrow to move. Use W, Up arrow, or Spacebar to jump. On mobile, tap the on-screen buttons to move and jump.
